Ms. Boyd

Ms.Boyd is originally from Tehachapi, California. She graduated from Eastern University, where she obtained a degree in Anthropology and Missiology. She coaches the girl’s volleyball and basketball team.
Ms.Boyd also has a club in the spring that changes based on the year and interests. In past years it has been art club, book club, intermurals, and girls weight room.
Her favorite parts of teaching at ICHS are that students leave a handprint on her car with acrylic paint at the end of the year, the trampoline in her classroom and one of her classes drinks coffee and hot chocolate while they learn. She also loves to lead mission trips to new places at ICHS.
Some fun facts about Ms. Boyd is she is a certified egg master in the country of Ecuador (which means she’s successfully balanced an egg on the head of a nail on the equator) and she has grabbed the tail of a shark in the ocean!
Ms.Boyd’s favorite verse is 2 Corinthians 4:16-18.
